The entire globe will be under a blanket of darkness in 2021, but not the darkness of eternal night. The darkness will be as real as the sun and as bright as the moon. As we move through the darkness, we can choose to see ourselves in it, or we can choose to hide. We can see ourselves as we are, or we can see ourselves as we hope to be.
In the final episode of Deathloop, we see that the entire world will be a blank slate, and you’ll be able to choose to see yourself as you are. That includes seeing yourself as you wish you were, seeing yourself as you wish you were, seeing yourself as you wish you were, and seeing yourself as you wish you were. The ultimate goal is to end the cycle of seeing yourself as you wish you were, and then seeing yourself as you wish you were.
